Task & Solution
- A rotary distributor, swivel unit and a 2-jaw parallel gripper from the Zimmer Group are installed in the system
- The rotary distributor reduces the torque load on the robot as well as the risk of cable breaks or interfering contours due to the power supply cable
- The swivel unit has end-position damping, allowing movements to be executed more quickly
- The pneumatic gripper combines precision, robustness and a long service life
